Sino Suisse Capital Pte. Ltd. (華瑞資本) (“Sino Suisse”) has become aware of a mobile application named 「華瑞SH」 and an entity named 「華瑞盛合」, which use names and/or logos similar to ours.

Sino Suisse wishes to state clearly that the mobile application 「華瑞SH」 and the entity 「華瑞盛合」 are not owned, operated or authorised by, nor in any way associated with, Sino Suisse. Any other application, website or account using similar names or branding is likewise not associated with us.

Sino Suisse will never ask clients to transfer funds to personal bank accounts or to any account not held in the name of a regulated custodian. We have reported this matter to the relevant authorities.

Sino Suisse Capital (Hong Kong) Limited is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (CE No. BSI590). In Taiwan, Sino Suisse Capital Securities Investment Consulting Ltd (華瑞證券投資顧問股份有限公司) holds a Securities Investment Consulting and Discretionary Investment business licence issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission, R.O.C. (Licence No. 115年金管投顧新字第017號). Our licensing status can be verified on the MAS Financial Institutions Directory, the SFC Public Register of Licensed Persons and the Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Association of the R.O.C.
